But you know, sometimes there is little interest in a new walk or a particular date. This is what we do and how we handle tickets already purchased…
WE DECIDE TO CANCEL
If an event, seven days prior to being delivered, has no or just a couple of people booked onto it we will cancel the event and refund those that have booked. Those with tickets will be notified by email.
WE CHOOSE TO DELIVER
If an event has three or four people booked on then we will chat to the leader and ask if they want to deliver the walk as a small group and with reduced income. It’s then the leaders decision and in the main they choose to go with the walk but if not then the process is cancellation and refunds.
WE WILL ALWAYS GET OUT ON THE HILL
Where a walk has five or more going. We guarantee to deliver these events.
WHAT IF YOU WISH TO CANCEL
We are not able to offer credits for walks booked but cancelled within seven days of the event. This impacts upon our decision making and planning and could adversely impact upon the walk leaders income for the day.
If you cancel with more than seven days notice then we will issue you with a credit that you can apply to any similar walk with Wales Outdoors over the course of the next year 🙂
