We have bitten the bullet and are now listing a handful of walks on TripAdvisor, to be a gateway to Wales Outdoors and the walking…
Andy’s Amazing Eight Waterfalls!
We visit eight waterfalls of note and several smaller falls too. One of the waterfalls is usually available to walk behind and one we have to walk behind as that is where the footpath takes us!

Wonderful Waterfalls
Just as a teaser and a few days before we get out there we thought we’d share these rather lovely long exposure shots taken last year whilst out in Waterfalls Country in the Breton Beacons National Park.
FOUR Waterfalls – Walk 2
This waterfalls walk is a 4 mile day over often rough and broken ground but doable by most levels of ability as we take it easy for the duration. There are two steep hills and some muddy and rocky footpaths and we gain 400 metres over the course of the day. We visit four waterfalls of note and several smaller falls too. One waterfall is available to walk behind!

FOUR Waterfalls – Walk 1
It’s the eight waterfalls walk but delivered over two sessions for those who feel 10 miles is too much or who want more time for photography and soaking up the wonderful natural environment of the waterfalls area of the Brecon Beacons National Park. The following Wednesday is the next or second half of this walk taking in another four waterfalls! We have others dotted throughout the year too.

We’re Getting Back To Work
Of course I could be wrong and it could be that these restrictions rumble on due to a spike or the continued mismanagement of the crisis by the AM’s and MP’s. If that’s the case then we’ll bump July too. But, all is currently looking good for July and what a month we have planned in – do check it out 🙂
8 Waterfalls Walk With Wales Outdoors
To be brutally honest, the weather was looking just a little bit worse than awful. The heavens had opened yet again the day before, causing more flooding and I was in two minds as to whether to join the 8 Waterfalls Walk organised by Andrew Lamb of Wales Outdoors.
Andy’s Amazing Eight Waterfalls
We met at Pontneddfechan and followed the clockwise route around Andy’s Amazing Eight Waterfalls Walk which is in the south west of the Brecon Beacons National Park.
