Cardiff Council and all of it’s employees, sorry if you are one of those but I am sure you know the score, ought to be ashamed of themselves for this sorry tale of belittling complaints and for their appalling levels of service.
Landowners
A good few years back an aerial survey of the UK was undertaken and when all of the high quality images were stitched together and laid out on a giant map it was found that much of the country was, in fact, that. It was mostly countryside.
What Appalling Weather!
What a difference a day makes… from a low level and mild and dry waterfall walk to this – just about as bad as weather in Wales can get!
Festive Waterfalls
While Andy was away in Germany’s Bavarian Alps – photos to follow – David picked up the baton and ran with our seasonal, midway between Christmas and New Years, Eight Waterfalls Walk, something we’ve delivered now for a fair few years. David had in support his brother, Steve and our regular assistant for the waterfalls Isobel.
Newport Wetlands
This is a fine spot for a wander close to the muddy banks of the estuary and through acres of reed beds.
Penarth
On a Saturday in November we gathered nearby Andy’s yacht at Penarth Marina and made our way over to the Customs House and onto the beach. From here we wandered to Penarth Pier and then up onto the cliff top and along to Lavernock Point.
