Our programmes are suitable for all groups for staff or youth development, corporate events and something a little more ocnstructive than a fun day out. TEAM BUILDING EVENTS AND RESIDENTIAL DETAILS TEAM BUILDING EVENTS AND RESIDENTIAL DESCRIPTION SOUTH WALES - BRECON BEACONS The Brecon Beacons National Park and the infrastructure of South Wales are ideal for all levels of team building, from a fun day out from the office to well structured events tailored to your objectives. Although this page is aimed at corporate clients we can run similar for any group or team. We cannot easily describe an event as all, even our off the shelf sessions, are tailored to your aims and objectives - team building has to be guided by your requirements. Saying this with can give you some ideas for management development days or enhancing youth communication skills, for example. We can run all of our adventure sessions as team building events. So, Gorge walking run with our staff as fascilitators, mainly hands off, and your group self leading the adventure problems in the gorge under our watchful eye, feedback at regular intervals including communication, leadership and problem solving. Or a conference venue grounds based session where we can bring along a large range of problem solving and group tasks to bring out the best in your staff. The choice of tasks for these events are made through discussion with yourselves and with relation to your aims. These tasks can include traditional team problems such as spiders web, walk the plank etc as well as archery, juggling, power kites and our proprietary handcuffs... WALES WIDE AND FURTHER AFIELD We can run similar events in any part of Wales and for that matter, throughout the UK and at some well chosen locations in Europe, specifically Britanny, France. The costs remain the same for the training but there would be extra fees for staff accommodation. WHO CAN TAKE PART? We can accommodate most levels of ability and have worked with all ages. Residential team building programmes will be tailored to your requirements and can include early starts and late finishes. TEAM BUILDING EVENTS AND RESIDENTIALS KIT LIST We provide all adventure and team development kit for the day. A full kit loist will be provided tailored to your chosen activities. CAN I COMBINE THIS WITH ANY OTHER ACTIVITIES? This is a full team building day so no need to combine with another activity. Saying this though, why not combine this with a second day out on the hill or perhaps Gorge Walking CAN I USE A CAMERA / CAMCORDER Yes. There are good opportunites to film the sessions but we are not to be held responsible for any damaged cameras. We can arrange for a professional photographer to film the event for review at a later stage.
