Our surfing sessions take place near both Cardiff and Swansea on the Glamorgan Heritage Coast or we can coach on the Gowers beaches.
We can run the surfing session as a training course, a days coaching or as a taster half day as part of a multi activity beach day...

OGMORE BY SEA
It's simple really - we provide the wetsuits and boards and all you need do is turn up with a packed lunch and your bathers.
Our Beach Life Guard and Surf Instructor qualified staff will take you through the basics and get you into the water. You'd be suprised at how many we get standing on a board over the course of the morning.
It's then all about technique and we will guide you and offer tips throughout the afternoon.
Ogmore is a great location with different beach options depending on the sea conditions, from Southerndown to Porthcawl, so there is usually always a decent wave to catch.
GOWER
As above really but on the Gower with choices of beaches from Caswell Bay to Llangennith.
WHO CAN TAKE PART?
We can accommodate most levels of ability and have worked with all ages although any child under 11 years old should be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

SURFING ACTIVITY SESSION KIT LIST
We provide all adventure kit for the day but you will need a packed lunch, swimming costume and warm clothing to change into at the end of the session.
