Our Team Andy Owner of Wales Outdoors Andy is a keen outdoor enthusiast who when not stuck at his mac is out on the hill. Anne Anne is a keen surfer and surf film maker. She lives near our coasteering venue and will mostly be found in the sea. Gary Our technical advisor across a range of activities, Gary is a skilled caver and management development provider. John Currently working towards his MIA, John is a climber and paddler and a rather good photographer too. Kirsty Firstly Kirsty is a paddler but she instructs across a range of activities and especially enjoys coasteering. Matt Matt is also working towards his MIA and is a fine climber and mountaineer. Think 'rock rat'. Sally A well qualified all round instructor Sally is mostly into climbing and surfing but is known to get out into the hills. Steff A good all round instructor who specialises in youth programmes and outdoor ed through the medum of Welsh.
