Booking Conditions: Wales Outdoors advise that adventure activity holiday insurance is taken. Our cancellation terms are as follows: For cancellation greater than four weeks in advance we repay 75%, greater than two weeks but less than four weeks we repay 40% and for cancellations of less than two weeks we retain monies paid and reserve the right to pursue the client for any monies outstanding. If payinh by invoice and payment is made 28 days after the event a surcharge of 20% will be applied. Upon receipt of this form we provide event details, any accommodation information, kit lists, client medical forms, activity location details and a receipt for deposit paid.
