Booking Conditions:
Wales Outdoors advise that holiday insurance is taken. Our cancellation terms are as follows: For cancellation greater than four weeks in advance we repay 75%, greater than two weeks but less than four weeks we repay 40% and for cancellations of less than two weeks we retain monies paid and reserve the right to pursue the client for any monies outstanding. Payment in full is required no less than 4 weeks before the event. Late bookings, say a week in advance of the event, have a dispensation and so long as they are paid no later than the activity day itself will incur no surcharge. If paid after the event late bookings will incur a surcharge of the standard 20%. Wales Outdoors Limited reserves the right to cancel an event if by the day of the activity or holiday payment has not been received and to pursue the client for the total due. Upon receipt of this form we provide event details, accommodation information, kit lists, client forms, activity location details and a receipt for monies paid.
