Gorge Walking

This is a wet walk along a river with some ropework, waterfall scrambles, swims and great pool jumping at the end. A classic day out that always leaves much to laugh about at the end of the day.

Accessible to all levels of ability, this is often a dryish morning with a wet, exhilarating afternoon. We can make this a wet start day too.

We provide wetsuits from September through to May, walking boots, bouyancy and canoe helments. Our staff ratios are 1:8

From easy to strenuous we can ride across common and down lane to tackling the old Roman roads in the Beacons. We will devise a route close to your accommodation, reducing your travelling time.

We supply quality mountain bikes (£15 discount if using own bike). Bike skills are taught throughout the day.

Power Kites

A great 1/2 day session. Power kites training then onto a mountain board and across the common you fly... This works very well as a mixed day with archery and a BBQ

Power kites are two or four lined 'wings' that self inflate, are self launching and generate a great deal of pull.

We begin the session with play kites and work up to larger power kites. If you can handle these then on the mountain board you step and away you go.

Canoeing

Canoeing can be relaxing, educational, exciting... We use Canadian canoes on canals or the river Wye.

Why not go for a fun session on the canal with basic strokes taught and games galore. This works well as a split session with a tunnel walk.

Or on the river Wye from Glasbury, stopping off at Hay on Wye for lunch and continuing to Whitney on Wye. We can run camping expeditions on this river with full guiding and transport support.
